Booking Policy for CPD

For pre-booked guests

  • Guest are required to reconfirm the booking upon arrival at the resort. Failure to reconfirm will be subject to auto-cancellation of reservation.
  • Cancellation made after 5pm a day prior departure will be subject to 25% cancellation fee.

For prepaid guests

For FIT/Individual
  • Cancellation made 3 days prior to arrival at the resort, 20% cancellation fee will be charge.
  • Cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival at the resort, No REFUND.
Group (8pax & above)
  • Cancellation made 30 days prior arrival at the resort, 20% cancellation fee will be charge
  • Cancellation made less than 30 days prior arrival at the resort, NO REFUND.
Dives that are cancelled by CPD due to weather or safety concerns, the payments are refundable and will be credited to the guests or agent’s account. Any park fees are subject to the refund policies of the park management.

Refund processing period

Refunds from cancellation made by CPD will be processed up to 14 calendar days upon confirmed receipt of guest/agent’s bank details.

Refunds from cancellation made by the guests will be processed up to 30 calendar days upon confirmed receipt of guest/agent’s bank details.
